Depending on the package you select, revisions may be included. Customers can request unlimited free revisions, provided that the requirements align with the initial order details. If there are any changes to the
order requirements, a fee may be charged.
Please carefully read and understand the following terms to avoid any misunderstandings regarding the NY Book Publishers' refund policy. If you have any questions about the refund policy, please contact our
customer service agent.
A 100% refund is available if no work has been initiated on your project, meaning no team has been assigned and no work has begun.
If work has started on your project and you decide to discontinue or cancel it within the first 24 hours, you are entitled to a partial refund. It is recommended to coordinate with your assigned project manager for a smooth resolution.
Once the project has been initiated and at least one deliverable has been produced, and a revision has been availed, you can no longer submit a refund request. However, we believe in assisting our clients, so it is recommended to discuss such cases with your project manager for potential compensation.
After delivery, if mistakes have occurred during the project requirement analysis phase, customers can request a refund. We strive to rectify any errors through our unlimited revision policy and offer immediate resolutions based on customer feedback.
If the work does not meet the initial requirements, customers can request a change of team up to three times without any charge in order to establish better synergy.
Our standard turnaround time for a deliverable is 10-15 business days, considering the evaluation and quality assurance practices. If three late delivery attempts have been made due to the company's fault, a refund will be processed accordingly.
Inform your project manager about your concern and reason for requesting a refund.
If your project manager is unavailable, contact our customer service via our toll-free number: (855) 384-7020.
If you are unable to call, you may also send a request to: sales@nybookpublishers.com.
Refunds can be claimed before the project is completed. As our project teams maintain direct coordination with you throughout the project, you can immediately inform them of any dissatisfaction pertaining to your
project and seek an immediate resolution.
Refund requests filed after the project is completed will be subject to our refund policy. They will be evaluated based on client approvals and content before any consideration is given to such requests.
Refunds will be processed in mutual agreement in case of late delivery due to minor technical mistakes such as grammatical errors, typing errors, word count discrepancies, missing references, and similar issues. The company may offer a partial refund or discounts for future purchases.
